Our Gnocchi is a true labour of love, handcrafted each day using premium potatoes,
flour, and eggs. The result is pillowy-soft dumplings with the perfect texture -
light and tender with just the right amount of chew. We pair these cloud-like
morsels with our signature spicy arrabbiata sauce for a dish that's both comforting
and exciting.
The arrabbiata sauce ("angry" sauce in Italian) brings the perfect amount of heat,
made with San Marzano tomatoes, fresh garlic, quality olive oil, and red chili
flakes. We finish each plate with fresh basil leaves and a generous sprinkle of
aged Pecorino Romano cheese.
